Generator parallel operation logic and automatic switching function during power generation

During the rental process of diesel generators, when the mains power is restored and the ATS switch receives the mains signal, it immediately switches to mains power supply. Each diesel generator unit will automatically switch functions according to the program, cool down and shut down after soft unloading.

After the restoration of mains power, during the cooling process of the generator set group, if there is a mains power failure, the generator set will immediately enter backup mode to ensure the reliability of power supply.

Generator parallel logic:

After the generator set is started and loaded successfully, if the load increases to the set value of the rated power of the diesel unit, the control system of the unit will issue a start command to the unit. After the unit is successfully started, under the control of the unit control system, the frequency and phase are automatically adjusted and pulled into the same step, and a closing command is issued to put it into parallel operation. After the unit is put into parallel operation, a start command is also issued to subsequent units. Until a unit with the capacity to meet all load demands is put into operation. If the load continues to decrease, when it reaches the set value of the rated power of the last parallel unit, under the control of the control system of the last unit, the load is transferred to the previous unit. When the last unit approaches no-load, the main switch of the unit is opened, achieving soft unloading and disconnection, and so on.
